Energy efficiency and water management
We are committed to reducing energy and water consumption by implementing measures such as replacing equipment with more efficient models, reusing wastewater, and installing renewable energy equipment. We promote waste reduction, separation, and recycling.
Responsible consumption and local products
We prioritise the use of genuine local products, preserving regional traditions and reducing food waste.
Sustainable mobility and emission reduction
We believe in a sustainable tourism, with reduced CO2 emissions, and to this end we promote the use of more environmentally friendly transport. We therefore provide charging stations for electric vehicles and offer facilities for the use of bicycles, such as our Bike Room at Água Hotels Riverside.
Environmental certifications and commitments
All of our units in the Algarve hold the “Save Water” Water Efficiency Seal, a measure coordinated by the Algarve Tourism Region, in conjunction with Turismo de Portugal and ADENE – the Energy Agency.
